Las Vegas Somatic Workshops
SomaFlow™ is a structured somatic movement method designed to help you improve body awareness, reduce unnecessary tension, and move with greater ease.
At the SomaFlow Institute in Las Vegas, we offer in-person workshops and small-group training for movement professionals, bodyworkers, and individuals seeking a deeper connection with their bodies through guided experiential learning.

Myofascial Awareness Practice
This approach explores fascia as a connective network that influences movement and posture. Through slow, attentive contact and guided awareness, participants observe relationships within the body and develop sensitivity to internal feedback.
The emphasis is on perception and embodied understanding rather than applying corrective techniques. This practice supports personal exploration and thoughtful facilitation.

Active Movement-Based Awareness
This method combines intentional movement with focused attention. Participants explore how coordination, timing, and awareness interact during motion.
The practice is taught through experiential learning, supporting the refinement of perception and responsiveness without positioning itself as a treatment or intervention.

Deep Contact and Tissue Awareness
This practice emphasizes slow, deliberate contact to explore depth, texture, and responsiveness within the body. Participants observe how pressure, pacing, and attention influence sensation and movement quality.
The focus remains on awareness and presence, encouraging learning through direct experience.
Why Practitioners Choose SomaFlow Institute
SomaFlow™ offers a modern, embodied approach to movement and touch awareness. The method appeals to practitioners and movement professionals who value sustainability, clarity, and depth over force-based or outcome-driven techniques.

Ease of Movement
Through guided exploration, participants examine how pacing, coordination, and attention influence movement quality, encouraging adaptability and fluidity.
Sustainable Practice
SomaFlow emphasizes efficiency and longevity. Participants learn to engage with the body using sensitivity rather than force, supporting sustainable practice over time.
Integrated Perspective
Drawing from multiple movement and body-based traditions, SomaFlow offers a cohesive framework centered on experiential learning and embodied understanding.
Body Awareness From the Inside Out
Lasting change begins with how we listen to and relate to our own physical experience. SomaFlow™ invites participants to explore internal awareness through guided movement, touch perception, and observation.
Rather than attempting to fix or correct the body, the method emphasizes learning from direct experience. Participants develop clarity around posture, effort, and attention as they arise in everyday movement.
SomaFlow provides a structured framework for personal practice and facilitation skills that can be integrated thoughtfully into life or existing professional work, where appropriate.
