A Trauma-Informed Approach

This SomaFlow™ practice encourages slow, attentive exploration focused on awareness, pacing, and natural body organization without force or pressure.

Through guided experiential learning, participants develop greater confidence in recognizing subtle patterns in posture, movement, and coordination in a calm, supportive environment.

3-day Course Format

This is a 3-day, in-person workshop held in small groups to support guided exploration, observation, and individualized learning.
